Bought an account from Monkey07 on the 16th of August, 2013, for these items worth 26m  http://prntscr.com/1nv7xg .  We used SshinigamiS ( http://osbot.org/forum/user/13717-sshinigamis/ ) as the Middle Man of our trade. Today, on the 28th of August, 2013 (EST)  I try to log into the account and get the notice that the account has been recovered. http://prntscr.com/1nv89c

 

Trade was taken place via Chatzy >  http://us11.chatzy.com/86933642181916 ( ALL evidence is in this chat, VERY IMPORTANT)

 

 Evidence:

ALL the evidence is in the chat link above^ . I was guaranteed FULL refund if account was recovered. > http://prntscr.com/1nv9du >   http://prntscr.com/1nv9qn . Another very important evidence: Monkey07 was found to be giving HIMSELF fake feedback and so Catastrophe deleted ALL his feedback and this is why he recovered. 

 

I am looking for a FULL REFUND. Please

I have notified the member of this dispute, he has 24 hours to reply or there will be consequences.

I middlemanned this trade between Officialswaq and Monkey07.

 

I recorded the whole chatroom conversation (I will upload to youtube and make it "unlisted" so only people with the link can view it). - I also have printscreens of all trades that went on. I will dig deep into my 2000+ runescape printscreens + videos to find this evidence.

 

I'm going out for an hour or so, but when I get back I'll post all the key evidence.

Edit: I have sent the link to the video to Officialswaq/Catastrophe/Monkey07 via PM which shows all chat logs I had with Officialswaq and Monkey07.

 

I'm not posting it here due to a lot of sensitive information about the account that was traded (if the information is even true that is).

This dispute is being ended prematurely due to the members full confession and his argument as to why he recovered the account is 'his feedback was removed' after he left himself fake feedback, user is banned, sorry for your loss mate.
