Why it should be removed: decode told me to dispute it as it was found that I am not the reason his account got banned which makes what he said in the feedback false 

Details: the previous dispute was resolved and he was told he was not allowed to leave bad feedback and he did

Removed your current one as it isn't the truth. He however can leave another that doesn't paint you as being the reason his account was banned if he wishes.
