issue: wanted to buy gp with balance off me, he couldnt send money as f&f allegedly because he is in mexico, he said he will use his mothers account KEK, mothers name is 'Zachary Whitehead' who is suddenly able to send it as friends and family with a credit card just issued a refund and told him to fuck off LMFAO

clearly something wrong with this guy. TWC and if he makes a wrong step BAN

Done, I checked it via ACP and he used a mexican unverified PayPal to pay for his purchases on OSBot as well, yet all his IPs are from the UK.
