I sold 100m for $95 paypal, the payment arrived as ''Under Review'' And he wouldn't take no for an answer, he has now charged back and I don't have an option on paypal to issue a refund sooner because now my paypal has been limited due to this. I have contacted paypal and they have told me to wait till the dispute finishs in the buyer or sellers favour then refund after.

 

Not sure what else i can do in the meantime. 

Not sure what you want us to do, who was the buyer? Also, did they inform you ahead of time that the payment might be under review?

EDIT: Reading through your feedback it says you logged out of Skype after he sent you money. Please post screenshots of the Skype conversation.

I've removed the feedback. @mithrilman chargebacks are considered to be a scam move here in addition to the fact that "under review" is caused by the sender's PayPal, yours, please cancel the chargeback and @newboygiftcards please refund the payment to him.
