After that I was a bit worried since he sounded nothing like he usually did so I contacted catastrophe. (some is a bit off-topic, but I'd rather show all of it than only some.)

Catastrophe then proceeded to send me this picture...

I asked Catastrophe to add me to a chat with with Moneyman to ask him questions. 

*I actually don't have access to this chat, but both Raflesia and Catastrophe were there. I don't know if they left.*

 

I decided I would just send Moneyman a refund, as I thought no harm could come from that. Soon after, Moneyman said he only received 120 usd because of fees. Soon after, literally like 5 minutes after he said he hasn't received anything. I showed pictures of proof me sending and everything, he accused me of editing the text with the F12 thing on Google chrome. 

 

This picture clearly shows me sending him the refund, and my balance afterwards. Wasn't enough so I sent more.

I then decided to show Catastrophe in video my PayPal, and he said it was proof I didn't scam.

He then said that he trusted Catastrophe, and that I didn't scam. So he tried to get me to sell him gold again. I turned him down.

Additional notes:

 

There's obvious proof he was trolling that he was hacked. Then when we tried to do something about it, for his sake he started flaming me. He said I was scamming him when I was just trying to listen to Catastrophe on what to do. 

 

I am reporting him for breaking these rules...

Harassing other members of the community, including staff members, is unacceptable and will result in 2 warnings point if after a verbal warning you continue to provoke/bother said individual, this includes hate threads, disrespectful PM's on the forum and skype, constant spamming on the other members topics etc...

2. Excessive Spamming

No post that is completely unrelated to the topic or does not benefit the direct cause of the topic. We are lenient and will allow joking and mild trolling, however if done excessively with absolute derogatory intent there will be punishment.

 

8. Malicious Content

No content that contains malware, trojans, or viruses is to be posted anywhere on the forum. This includes direct intent to DDoS another member of our community, any other community, or any other website. This will result in an IP Ban; further action may be taken, as this is also a federal offense.

I've read through the dispute and ran IP's and it is clear @MoneyMan is currently hacked. I've changed his password and suspended him until further notice, thankfully you weren't scammed but I am positive others may have been.
