i go to launch osbot and it's already updated when i hit launch it goes away and then never loads up the client

Wrong section bud. This is for help with writing scripts.

Can you confirm the output of the log if you run from the command line.

Are you using Java 8 or Java 9? 

Are you using a proxy or anything like that?
