Depends on the hours you bot, could be done in like 4-5 days I guess, if you bot alot ( Like 7-10 hrs a day )

 

Ofcourse, this also depends on the training spot, and how crowded it is.

by doing waterfall fight arena grand tree tree gnome vampyre slayer and like 1-3 more u get approx 45 att 36 str just like that
