I bought VIP on Tuesday and now it is Thursday and I have not received anything except a email that said they are processing it, any estimate on how long this process takes.

 

Looks like the payment was refused, you can try again making sure not to pay via e-check on PayPal or buy a voucher from someone in our voucher forums for VIP.
