As i just saw a topic created, i just paid this guy 25m, 2m supplies + bond on account, he told me not to use the bond because he wont start today.

As the user now has multiple scam reports up and it's obvious he's scam quitting, I've gone ahead and banned the user. He will need to refund all victims if he wishes to return. Sorry for your loss.
