account bought got recovered

I bought an acc from Risky for 56M Gp07.

This week I  went to check on the acc and the password+email was changed.

As risky has had 48 hours to reply and he has not been online, I've gone ahead and banned him. If he wishes to return he'll need to make an appeal and pay you back for the account.
