Fastest way to maxed combat?

I'm quite a few levels away from 99 attk/str/def/hp. Simply put, I want the fastest way to get 70-99 attack and 60-99 defense. I have 99 strength.

 

I haven't played in years so I forget a ton of things, help.

Edit: $9.99 script for NMZ. It's mildly AFKable so you don't even really have to bot if it, either way.

1hp dharoking at NMZ with piety on and the best bosses is well over 120k exp/hr even if you are botting. Especially if you already have 99 str.
