I just won a gloves skin from a case XD: Specialist gloves | emerald web. Those are 550-650$ in the Steam - Market. 

Shall i wait and trade the gloves after 14th december? Or shall i sell the gloves on the market? I srsly don't know what to do right now XD

You should use trade sides, You trade the gloves for any other skins u want but it needs to be the prize of the gloves, so it could be like 2 knifes and asiimov and shit thats what i did when i won a karambit.
