 Explanation: I was told by this user 3-7 days for my service, it will be 2 days in 2 hours from now, I asked if I could have updates and such, I tried messaging him on skype multiple times (evidence down below) and I get nothing in return, I check osbot and he's under other peoples thread giving them low ball prices Example:

After this, he has not yet to get back to me I even messaged him on osbot, no response, even though I didn't wait very long

2 removed messages in last one because I was asking for refund and he could take 3m of the 20m I paid for the work he did do, but deleted thinking he would respond about the service

I've placed @TropicalTop in TWC and asked them to reply here. @TropicalTop Please explain why you are not responding to users during a service, communication is important.

Another dispute has come up against @TropicalTop for scamming during a service, so I've got ahead and banned him. Should he wish to return he can appeal the ban and refund both vitctims - sorry for your loss.
