I started this along with my 80/80/80 main , but i ended up noticing it only takes like 20 hours and a good amount of gold to get 99 fletching , so hey why not baha i was going to make this account a pure but got too caught up on the main and now playing a different main that a friend gave me so Just seeing the worth C: Would be a good 13 prayer starter, :)
