Basically you make a two new emails, create a account with one off the emails, then go to refer a friend on the navigation bar click it then send the email to other new email then by membership with the account you refereed then the refer gets free membership.

Create a new e-mail.

Go to refer a friend on runescape with your main account, refer your new e-mail you've just made.

Make an account with that new e-mail by following hte instructions sent to you, then once it's made just make the new account a member. You'll get 30 free days on your main as you referred this account.
