If i purchase VIP, will it go away after 1 month, or will it renew per automatic every month?

It auto-renews unless you cancel auto-renewal in your paypal settings

So I can't cancel on osbot site? So if I understand you right I have to go to paypal.com and cancel there :)?

Not exactly, I never had mine auto-renew and I also never dealt with paypal. There is a check box on the purchase menu that should allow you to cancel auto-renew
