Ok I'm gonna try to put this as simple as I can.

Saturday the 17th (8 days ago): I paid this guy 15M (for security reasons I used Raflesia as a middleman). The deal was 1-4 days, latest it would be unbanned was Thursday the 22nd. Peter said "Jagex doesn't work on Saturdays, so start counting on Monday" that's quite funny, to me he said Saturdays, other people he says Sundays.

I patiently wait.

Thursday the 22nd: Still not unbanned. I contact Peter for a refund but he's basically impossible to reach. Around midnight I finally get to him, he says my money will be refunded at 3PM GMT+1 tomorrow (tomorrow = Friday 3rd).

Friday the 23rd: I log on to recieve my money, this guy thinks I'm 1h early since he thinks that the United Kingdom is GMT+1, seriously? Anyways, right before I claim it he pastes a quote of his friend "Crims" whos doing the unbanning saying my account will be unbanned for sure tomorrow (tomorrow being Saturday the 24th). Here's where I start running out of patience so I say, if he's so damn sure of it, then I want an additional 5M if I do not get unbanned, he'll say he's gonna check with Crims, he does so and he agrees. My mind is at peace again.

Saturday the 24th: It's close to midnight and, surprise, surprise, my account is still banned. Peter is impossible to reach, I gave him the benefit of the doubt by assuming he's asleep and waited till the morning.

Sunday the 25th, present day: Peter is still impossible to reach, I've seen his Skype says "Last activity 30 seconds ago" countless times, he's been online on the forums several times too (still is) and he's ignoring me AND all the other people he promised this service to.

Raflesia has refunded my original 15M but Peter owes me 5M and he's ignoring me and everyone else.

Personally, I think this guy is full of shit and here's my theory. He promises something that'll take 1-4 days, never takes less than 4. He then gets 15M from a lot of people and starts merchanting with the cash (when people aren't using Raflesia as a middleman). When people's accounts don't get unbanned he delays it an additional few days so he can maximize his profit from their money and then (hopefully) refund it. Every now and then he asks a random person (most likely a friend of his) to post a fake vouch of him being unbanned and having his offences squashed.

Guess what Peter, RS is not real-life, meaning we have our own banks that can hold our cash rather than you holding onto it and merchanting with it while giving us a false hope of recieving our own accounts back.

I don't even have a RuneScape account to start merching with it, Raflesia holds the money since Owning was suppose to get me unbanned as well, I know how you feel guys I was doing a service for Owning because he didn't have 40 + posts due to that he said I can create a thread for him I thought it was legit but I couldn't get contact with him lately, all I was doing was passing over the details to him and he was sending them off, also I'm not giving you the 5M because I said forget about the 20M I'll be refunding you but you said no don't so I thought I was just going to give you you're 15M back the evidence was here. http://prntscr.com/1ncpu3 I was also the middle guy here as well because he said the more customers you get he'll give me some money I was like sure why not free money but it seems like the service is some bull shit.

I haven't been on today because it was carnival and people we're trying to contact me so I came on and saw some bull shit about me.

You cannot create an agreement and then 8h before you're due 5M say "omg omg cancelled, here take ur 15M, no 5M extra". You were were given an additional ~36h and after 24h you try to say the deals off and I said no, the deal is not over and nowhere did you say the extra 5M is off either way. You owe me 5M and you owe A LOT of people 15M a piece. You are full of crap and you are doing something with this money. I do not give a flying duck about how this business is done as that is on your end and not mine, I just expect to insert 15M and the output being an unbanned account.

Here's the COMPLETE evidence and as you can see from my previous pics the deal was made on the 23rd and this is from the 24th a FULL 24h later.

The agreement before the service was, if you don't get unbanned you'll receive 100% refund by Raflesia which you did, I'm not arguing with you no more you got your money, just to inform any staff I won't be paying no one 5M 1. I don't have a RuneScape account. If anything I'd rather be IPBanned from the site.
