I'd say, for the right buyer, 20-25m. 

The tricky thing is anything before 91 rc reduces value, obviously. 

I'm interested in this account myself, but it's a tad bit of a gamble as, am I paying for the potential to reach 91 rc?

I use it now as a zeah alt, while i am skilling on my main. May be a week or 2 before 91!

oh cool. Well a 91 Rc account would go for substantially more then I quoted. Let me know if you want to talk about selling before or after that point

I would say 30-40M, runecrafting and agility are the only desirable stats.
