    From my specific calculations, and a plan that has been designed with the utmost professional mind in place. I've come to the conclusion that he might be gathering more information, so that PayPal can take the funds back from him, and give it back to the respective customers.

    Due to the fact, that PayPal will realise that this person has been scamming people out of their arse.

    I rest my case.
