I saw a rusher do a stall where he did some kind of emote that looked like a blue halo or circle thing then pulled out a brown bag that swung around for a bit then pulled maul out and then insta ran to his target

Did his character say any text or so? since that swinging around looks like the toy horse or the bull roarer

I saw it clear as day wasn't a toy horse or bull roarer first his character did an animation which i can only describe as his character started doing something with its hands then a blue circle or halo looking thing appeared then he pulled out a thing that looked like a brown handbag then his character swung that around then he equiped maul as he was swinging the bag which made his maul swing a bit then he insta ran to his target my memory is fuzzy if his character said any text I think it might of
