So which prayer related quests should I partially complete and which ones should I fully complete?

You could just check the guide and see what quests give prayer xp and check how much xp lvl 15 is.. it's not that hard.

i am also building one atm. 88str 50att 11 pray. will get 15 prayer because of animal magnet. 

going for 99str then 99 rng will be maxed at cb 73 with 15 pray

G maul's get boring if you PK with a clan, the spec get's used up quick, I like the DDS a lot more
