I'm willing to pay someone who can produce an animation which solves this question (such as a gif of the beavers going through the tunnels to display the end result)

look how many tunnels there are. they can go through tunnels at the same time.

 4 Beavers can go at a time. Each tunnel takes 1 minute, we have to go through 2 tunnels = 2 minutes to reach room F. We can only send 4 beavers at a time, since there is only 4 paths which is enough for 4 beavers at once.
