Web Walking Doesn't Work + Throw's An Error Specifically On My Windows VPS. (Script Works On My Home Machine)

Run a 64 BIT Windows VPS with Java 8 installed

5. Has this issue persisted through multiple versions? If so, how far back?

First time experiencing this only when I try to run scripts on a VPS.
