HintArrow class is no longer working.

I've tested isActive() which always returns false now and getNPC() which always returns null.

3. Are you receiving any errors in the client canvas or the logger?

No.

4. How can you replicate the issue?

Call getHintArrow().isActive() or getHintArrow().getNPC() while fighting a barrows brother.

5. Has this issue persisted through multiple versions? If so, how far back?

Was working fine until the 9/11/2017 game update.

Yep it's working now but inventory and object interaction events seem to not work at all now?
