Inner ear fluid?

Featured Replies

Has anyone had this problem? Where you can't pop one of your ears and you have this sense of unevenness in your head? If so what did you to get relief? The whole surgical aspect sounds counteractive plus I don't want to have to worry about bacteria seeping deeper into my ear. I've tried nasal decongestants, antihistamines, and plenty of the 'breathing' exercises where you blow air out while holding your nose. No relief yet though. Makes it hard to focus on anything. Thanks

My old lady had the same issue, she found some weird pose where she tucked into a ball while keeping your head between your legs and slowly turn right side up. I laughed while she did it but when she slowly picked up her head you could tell by her facial expression, that did the trick. She had the vertigo for a few days so I could tell she had enough.

Go to the doctor, never ask for medical help on the internet.

what do you mean? we're all experts here

put lemon juice in ur ear and tilt ur head

see an ENT specialist mate. in the meanwhile avoid extreme temperature/swimming.

I was a swimmer for like 9 years

this happened sometimes, sounds strange but:

A: Tilt your head to the clogged ear is facing the floor, and jump up and down a few times

B: ive never done this but heard if you put a TINY drop of alcohol in the ear, it will help clear it up
