Explanation: Purchased an account off him for 120m 07 and I've had no problems with it until today. Account is locked, email changed.

I talked to him a couple months ago and I'm unable to go back on my desktop skype logs, so I had to use my phone. If this helps to reassure you, he changed the registered email on the account to the login one lol which he never gave me

As the user is already banned for scamming, this will be added on to his necessary refunds if he ever wishes to return. Sorry for your loss.
