people or computer?

Featured Replies

when you are on gold sites are they people or computers? half the time i believe they r computers cuz each cov is the same

Most of these conversations are copied & pasted due to the high amount of traffic some sites receive, even if you are ordering gold from a different source the idea behind the communication & delivery is virtually the same.

As mentioned above I'd say its about 90% copied sentences and the rest is them saying "you're welcome" and such. But they're real people.

We have auto prompts to make typing and dealing with multiple customers at once faster.
tho still nice to just chat now and than if the customer is chill :3

I have worked for 4 gold sites and I can assure you they are not bots.

The beginning message is usually a automated service until you speak with the actual person.

i bet its an actual person, but their conversation is all copy and pasted to help streamline the process
