Explanation:

Gained permission from Decode to post a dispute

We agreed that i will use his service to get my account from level 41 to 60 agility in about 14 hours for 8m OSRS.

Agreed to be hand-done

Agreed to send updates every few levels

Half of deposit (4m OSRS) paid by me

Account still logged in since an hour ago, skype'd (his status was online) and pm'd him with no replies

Suspecting the account is being botted on

Update: account service done, managed to get a hold of my account.

awaiting for service provider to explain.

um i only didnt respond for 2 hours i notified him my skype was broken and i couldn't receive messages unless i checked my phone service has already been completed
