L_lendrson Posted October 28, 2017 Share Posted October 28, 2017 I would suggest NMZ MTD quests for leveling up. If you have 45 def+ you can use absorption method with rockcake. If you have like 1 def, you must use prayer method with 43+ pray. You always bring overloads and change to pray pots/ absorption pots depending on your stats.
