To prove that this is hand done, are you willing to add a full refund policy to your TOS if the account gets banned during creation/shortly after logging in?

would assume he'll be offering a cooldown period after the accounts finished being trained just to prove it wasn't botted. I'd assume that's already included in the 10-14 days.
