I checked the system, and it looks like the trial request didn't go through as you had a trial with expiry timestamp 2019-09-16 21:37:54. As that was so long ago, I've reset the script on your account so it should now be in your collection for 24h :)

    I just had a look and the trial request didn't go through as you already had one 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I can only offer one trial per user - hopefully you can understand!
