There's a free account, go have fun with it. You can use a lvl 3 and not get banned, I've done it for months. The only accounts which have gotten banned for me are accounts which have had levels on them.

    Trying to buy a mule for the purpose of having gold on it. 

    That's just asking for it to be recovered and you lose all your gold lol
