I know that some randoms are skill-specific, but is there any skill/action you can do to get the highest probability of getting the following randoms:

Genie

Exam Random

(Both give XP rewards and those are vital to my defense pure as it gives like 500+ defense xp = 100+ hits)

I'm pretty sure ransoms appear randomly while skilling, thus explaining their name.

There was a force genie random, some noob posted it on the RS forums and mark donalds patched it.

You had to be hunting red salamanders, when the trap went off as the animation was doing its thing you open spam click the report abuse button, for every click on the report abuse button another genie would spawn but you would have to quickly open the house menu and select one of the buttons there, I am not sure which one.
