Trade info: Dbuff Middleman a trade between myself and another user

Dbuff was holding 12m for me while a user was doing a quest for me, once the quest was complete the user was not able to trade dbuff due to the hurricane Irma

But as soon i confirmed the quest was done, i just simply forgot to give dbuff feedback from the trade.

According to his Tos i probably confirmed but you know its ToS so looking at them are just quick glances, but that being said he never even gave me a heads up, just like saying hey can you leave me a feedback. He just gave me one without warning

Also take note the trade was not completed by dbuff for multiple days because the power lost by the quester because of hurricane irma

Neutral has been removed. @Dbuffed people are forgetful, it happens. You should've atleast took some time to msg him a reminder instead of going for a neutral straight away.
