'Healthy' Bot Schedule?

How long do you guys train for before taking a break?

Currently training a zerker account I would like to keep :D

I’ll usually train an hour or two before breaking for 20-45 minutes. It’s always good to switch up what you’re doing between breaks as well. I’ll usually do a skill, a quest or two, combat and maybe another skill

4 hours is usually a safe bet, but I'd go less if you really want to keep the account. Not during Jagex work hours and weekends are the best time as well

Also this is the wrong section, may be better for Botting and Bans.

if you want that account to survive, dont bot on it.

Bot about 2 to 4 hours, then take a break that lasts from 20 tot 60 mins. I would suggest doing some quests, play some minigames in between and switch the thing you're botting. Doing fletching for 7 days in a row is kinda suspicious.. Good luck!

nothing will help non guide...i sticked to guide boted 1-2 hour day max always diffrent, did quest got perm ban, botting currenly 5 days 24/7 no ban...it all depends..

I did 80-99 Range 6 hours a day straight and no-ban.

Currently finished a month cooldown, and now I am botting str the same method.
