the only two ways to get the 100% accurate spawn coordinate is to either be A. the first person to ever step into that region, or B. to kill each npcs (impossible for non attackable npcs) and wait for them to respawn

If you hook up the bot client with a database and inject a callback in the code where npc's are added to the client (thus spawned) to send the information to the database and have coordinates as primary key of the table.
