My accounts are getting locked right off tutorial island. I even made a few test accounts where I got several skills to the 30s legit, did quests and such and got banned after an hour of botting. So yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm flagged. 

I checked my IP using https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and unplugged my router for like 20 minutes to get assigned a different IP. I checked it again and yes, I do have a different IP address. I then repeated the above test, hand trained a few skills to 30, did some quests. Im still getting banned after literally an hour of fishing on accounts with membership.

So my question is, did I actually change the IP address that Jagex sees? Or am I just getting insanely unlucky here. I am at a loss.

Can Jagex actually do this?

For me if I change my IP, my host name is still the same always. When u log in it displays last login. From my host name
