I would recommend looking in to BTC as you have 0 feedback and a total of 11 posts on the site and most users would be reluctant to sell to you for paypal.

I can verify with my drivers license etc. 

I've never used BTC before. I usually buy from gold sites, but the rates are much higher now a days.

I can use G2A if that's an option.

The problem is chargebacks, not if its a stolen paypal or not.

I thought that was a thing of the past? Sellers can now win disputes?
