Nothing happening when trying to add bot

After I hit add bot and select my account nothing happens. I've updated my java not sure what is causing it..

I have recently noticed that the client freezes after trying to add a bot , sometimes i have to end the task through task manager, and sometimes it works but after adding several bots it freezes and stops.
