Why it should be removed: The chargeback i did was justifiable

Details: The vps i purchased was running so laggy to the point I could not operate on it. I literally couldn't even launch osbot. I asked for a refund. They didn't do refunds obviously. I canceled that service, but paypal at the time was set to do recurring payments every month so I didn't realize the $13,5 was charged from my pp account. I charged back knowing that i canceled the service in previous month so I had all right to do it. @Xylate gave me a negative feedback for that. That's it.
