He didn't post the stats before he just said 50 attack 65 combat, I assumed it was all strength in the combat levels. If this is quested then 60m is fair

30-40m considering it has a 2 day ban black mark. Price could be raised a bit if it has mith gloves/fcape/etc but you didn't mention those so 30-40m max with information given.
