can you add adjustable break time mean/ from 40 mins to 160 mins.

cause i need it only for giant seaweed runs.

This script actually doesn't support seaweed runs.

I cannot seem to get the Start UI to even show, it's so far down to the bottom by time I fill out the farming patches..

I've bought and used it before, but it's been rendered useless to me now due the the aspect ratio

Have you tried changing the scaling of the application in your OS such that you can see everything?
