You can combine any patches, as long as your inventory is able to hold all the items to do an entire trip.

Script works great. I'm in the process of trying to purchase it but seem to be having an issue with paypal. Is there any other way I can purchase? Furthermore, I have a question about using canifis farming patch. I know sometimes there can be feral vampires over this way. Is the script safe to use in this instance? I have a HCIM and would hate to wake up to find out it had bugged out and died to a vampire. For now I'm just avoiding the patch.

I'm afraid I can't solve the issues with purchasing. I don't offer any OSBot voucher services myself. As for the Canifis patch; there is code in there to handle this but if you can't risk it ever dying to the NPC, it might be best to avoid the patch.
