Explanation: I had asked the community for a pure account of some sort at the time and I had gained many offers about accounts and he messaged me through private messages saying he had an account for sale which i was interested in, So after talking about the account in private messages we took it to skype and I had even used a middleman for the whole situation we came to the conclusion of 62m/$70 USD and had a middle man to help us which he did. so after we finished the whole trade etc, i bought gold on the account and leveled the account to 99 range and got the stats up and quests completed and then just yesterday he Recovered the account back. So I am requesting a dispute against him as he wont even respond to my messages anymore.

Evidence:  I have attached all the Evidence to the dispute. Also I have @Chris for proof.

 

 

 

User has been placed in TWC and has been notified of this dispute. 
 

Can you please provide pictures of the email address that is now registered to the account.

Hello, I did not recover the account? I don't even know how its possible since it was made on VPN like all the other accounts I have. 

 

If you wan't I can try recovering it back but i don't think its possible, and I even provided him with all recovery details I had ( Creation date, old passwords ).

I just woke up and saw users message on skype and the dispute opened here.

 

Please let me know what I should do

@work break after checking, the account turns out to be banned. Care to explain this?

The account is not banned & was not banned when I last had it! no way! and Wether it was made on a vps or not @MyOSB you are responsible for the account and you were the only person who had the recovery information? when I tried recovering it with the information provided it said it was wrong.

you were the only one that had the account? you even said you were OO so no one else could of recovered it but you. also the information you provided lets be real was not much. you only gave me the one password and creation date. nothing else so when it comes to recovering it I dont have much information to actually recover it no matter what.

 

After discussing this with the staff team, we have reason to believe that the account was banned while in your possession @work break. 

@MyOSB you'll be removed from TWC shortly.
