Paid him 47.25M for level 3 accounts. He took the money and never delivered the items. Still ignoring me and over an hour has passed. Looks like I'm one of many victims in a scam-quit.

He verified his Skype account on OSBot forums, too.

He has scam quit, this is why I always suggest using a middleman. Sorry for your loss. If he wishes to return he has to repay you along with the other victims.
