Hmm, i Think i can do if for u for 175M, but it will take like 2-3 weeks, since its lvl 3. Faster if u get all the reqs yourself. abd by reqs i mean stats,

You would be better off getting the stats needed yourself and then getting the Quests done... otherwise you'll be looking around 120m+.
If you're thinking you'll get it for under 100m you might as well close this topic now, that would be slave work
