I bought the account off this noob on the 30th of May, transaction was completed ($10 for the account). He gave me the email and password, but the email was locked due to an auth that he had secured on it. Obviously I need access to the registered email to change the password etc but he never got back to me and I simply forgot about the account entirely until I tried to log in today.

I asked him on numerous occasions to remove it, but he hadn't. He recovered the account within that time from May to now as I've gone to check all of the accounts I own and with this one in particular it says 'the password is incorrect' - indicating that he has obviously changed it.

Don't care about the account or the $10, just want him banned so it prevents him from attempting to repeat a scam.
