TWC on sythe means user is sketchy / had scamming intentions  but didnt scam yet. Dont spread out misleading information.

If you look at aroyo's sythe profile you will see that he is a $25 donor and that wortel gave him a twc for not posting from a home ip and that his twc isn't regarding trading interactions.

twc in cases like this are applied to people who don't post from their home IP ( means they are hiding their home IP, which might lead to banned profiles, not for security purposes since IP is not visibile to members of forums at all)
