Explanation: (I am @phony) I purchased this account about 2-4 weeks ago, leveled it up to https://osbot.org/forum/topic/126900-starter-main/ (picture in thread) got void, etc. Now that I was banned, I think he recovered it, when I try to login it says account disabled, and on the Runescape website, it says https://gyazo.com/a534139d905255ee1ce2154df3e95608 From what I know, even if a user is banned, you are not allowed to recover an account or whatever he did to it.
