sleeping pills

If i was fine with taking drugs.. Tylenol PM, and Nyquil do the fuckin job lol. They make me sleep so fast and so good

The sleep cycle is quite tough to get round, what I usually do is this.

1.) If you can't sleep until 4am then that's fine don't sleep until then.

2.) Set an alarm before you go to sleep to wake up at say 9am. I usually set multiple alarms so that I get up and turn them off instead of just keeping on pressing snooze all the time.

3.) If you woke up at 9am then mannnn you are gonna be tired so you sould be able to go to sleep kind of 14 hours later. Also if you are eating a lot through the day you are going to have burn off those calories otherwise they will keep you awake longer so yes, do some sort of high intensity workout through the day (not before you sleep this is bad for the body).

4.) Repeat if necessary

I know how hard it is to get back into a routine but trust me after a couple of days of this, you're back into a normal sleeping pattern. Good luck!

Skip sleeping for a night, you'll be very tired the next day. Now, make sure that you do not fall asleep during noon in the next day, just stay awake until the evening and you'll be able to sleep wink.png.

Pretty much this lol.

I've got a similar problem too. I've tried the staying up for ages thing or staying up till early hours of the morning and then only get a few hours sleep before getting up at the normal time, sure you go to sleep on time that night but after that it goes back to how it was :/
